Pau Gasol Article →
Beautiful. As much as I hate Pau Gasol when he plays like soft serve, I do respect him from a personal standpoint. I feel like he’ll bring it this year.

Chris Paul to Lakers

It’s happening…but we have to give up Gasol AND Odom…I think relying on Bynum as our sole Big Man is an awful idea. If he gets injured, we are left with essential no inside game. After Bynum our next biggest guy is Derrick Caracter...
Wizarding Worlds of Harry Potter
It’s cool that it’s coming to Universal Studios, but if this in any way affects Halloween Horror Nights I’m gonna be pissed.

Can someone please show Kobe that he is ranked 7th by ESPN? When he starts murdering everyone next season (if there is one) the rest of the players in the NBA will know who to thank for their pain.

As cool as Siri is, I’m pretty sure it’s the Great Grandmother of Skynet.

NBA LOCKOUT
You know that feeling when you wake up from a nightmare and then you’re glad that it all wasn’t real. That’s what I felt like when I heard that the NBA will likely have a 50 game season. We already lost the first 2 weeks. I’m just waiting to wake up…then I realize it’s real.

Crazy, Stupid, Love
Just got back from Crazy, Stupid, Love. Two thoughts:
1. Great movie, not only for Steve Carrell fans but just in general. Definitely check it out if you have the chance.
2. Before the previews AMC showed a preview for EDC…in theatres. Okay, here’s the thing. If you actually bought a ticket to see EDC in theatres go ahead and do yourself a favor and exchange the ticket. Trust me,...
The Scrubs Musical episode was amazing.
Harry Potter
I feel like tonight for Harry Potter fans is a lot like the day when Kobe retires for me. It symbolizes the end of a generation in our respective minds. Not yet for me though, not yet. Thank God, I’ll probably be depressed for months.
Life is just unbelievable sometimes.

I must admit. No Strings Attached was pretty good. Kind of a chick flick. But it kind of has Natalie Portman in it, so I think it’s okay.

Really hard to read, I hope he gets the job.
Yeah today sucks, but instead of being angry, be happy. Happy that you’ve had the pleasure of watching the past 3 finals runs. Happy that you had the opportunity to watch Phil Jackson coach. Happy that you had and will continue to have the opportunity to watch Kobe Bryant. They’ll be back next year stronger and more motivated than ever.
This could be good for the Lakers, the team that always needs a challenge. Kobe on the loss,
“You couldn’t possibly expect this to be easy. If you want to make history, you have to do historic things.”
If they take it one game at a time, I have faith that they will somehow pull this out. Losers falter in the face of defeat. Have hope.
“All we gotta do is win one game....

Andrew Bynum: His knees, his brain, everything. →
I have a whole new respect for this guy. I didn’t know he had this in him.
Congratulations New Orleans on becoming a statistic, Lakers are now 8-1 in games following a game in which the other team either went ahead by a game or tied the series.
Just to be clear, yes the Lakers got outplayed. Yes, the Hornets did win down the stretch. But the Lakers also barely lost despite 8 points from Pau and a nearly perfect game from the Hornets. So, yes, I’m alarmed, but I’m definitely not worried…also today marks the beginning of a 72 hour ban on the name Pau Gasol in my presence. Don’t say his name in front of me until game 2 unless you want to be...
